Services

Assistance with Daily Living

We provide Assistance with Daily Living for people with disability. We provide one-on-one support, seven days a week, assisting you to live the life you choose. This can cover anything – getting ready for your day, household chores, food preparation, getting out and about in the community, enjoying social activities, getting to work or an appointment.

Life Skills

Complete Care supports you to build everyday life skills. By focusing on your own specific goals, we can support you to master the skills you need to achieve greater independence, confidence and control. Our training focuses on practical skills that you can use immediately and in the future, from handling money to travel training, meal preparation, personal presentation, independent living skills or literacy and numeracy.

Recreation

Complete care provides Recreation services to people with disability and activities can be fun, adventurous, relaxing or they can support individual goals and pursuits; they may be day activities, a weekend camp, a week away or even longer.

Participate Community Supports

Working together with you and your family or support network, Complete Care will create a personalised plan around your goals and aspirations, and identify the programs and supports that will assist you to achieve them. Support can complement your existing informal supports, such as your family, friends and other community members.

Plan Management

Complete Care provide a personal and professional service when it comes to plan management. Our difference is to ensure that your budget is on track for the short and long term. We’ll help you to utilise your NDIS Plan funding in a way that maximises service benefits, minimises wastage and is sustainable for your future.

Job Skills and Employment Pathways

Complete Care supports people with disability to pursue their employment goals by assisting with programs like business assistance, travel training, finding and keeping a job and interactive sessions. If you have an employment related goal Complete Care can support you to develop a plan that builds your capacity to gain meaningful work and earn a wage.

Accommodation/ Tenancy assistance

Short-term accommodation can help you grow your independence and get you out and about in the community. Short-Term Accommodation is also a chance for your family and carers to relax and take a short break from their daily routine. Short-term accommodation provides for both planned stays as well as help families that require crisis and emergency respite. 

Assist-Travel/Transport

These funds are there to enable you to access the community and travel for educational, recreational and work purposes. This can include public transport and taxis and other transport costs. These funds are generally received fortnightly.

Support Coordination

Complete Care’s Support Coordination service links participants with the right providers to meet their needs. We support you to understand and implement your National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) plan. Our multidisciplinary approach means we provide assistance to source providers, coordinate a range of supports, build on informal supports, resolve points of crisis, and develop resilience in your own network and community.
